We found "The Creator"!

While watching the Netflix show 'The toys that made us' we discovered the name of one of the creators of Bionicles, Alastair Swinnerton.

I contacted him on his bird watching blog and told him about Ruby, and her fascination with Bionicles. I asked him if he might be open to making the occasional comment on a Bionicle appreciation blog if I made one for Ruby and he most graciously said yes.

I don't expect him to be as vociferous a fan of Rubys work as she is of his, but being able to connect with 'The Creator' in a real, meaningful way may hopefully provide the motivation towards literacy that I have been looking for.
